Log into att.net or download the my AT&T app to your smartphone. You will need your AT&T user id (email address) and password to log in. Once logged in navigate to the troubleshoot and resolve link. You can run extensive tests from the TS&R tool, it will diagnose your issue and dispatch a repair man if necessary.
