All bulbs are independent of each other. You have a bad wiring connection. You are missing a ground connection if 120v or the other side of 240v.
Have a qualified repairman look at it.

There is no fuse
There are no replacement parts for Malibu power packs has no troubleshooting steps

Here's what I learned:

Power packs are made to last many years 'in ordinary conditions' >> but they do give out.
Malibu power packs stop working and have to be replaced, they can't be fixed.
Power packs frequently stop working when people disconnect all the lights to work on the system, but they leave the power pack plugged in.
Power packs make a humming sound when ON.
Check electricity to unit to see if power pack has electricity.
Check your GFCIs in bathroom and kitchen.
Plug hair dryer into same receptacle to see if there is power.
Lights have to be replaced as soon as they burn out.
With burned out lights, the power pack will overpower and burn out other lights.
Evidently the power pack with no lights can also burn itself out.
When buying a new power pack, match bulb wattage with power pack wattage.
10 - 20 watt bulbs = 200Watt power pack.
15 - 20 watt bulbs = 300Watt power pack.

My fan works, but the lights do not. The bulbs are 5 months old. I replaced them with new ones and still no light.

I had the same problem. Make sure power is off. Remove the light bulbs and clean the contacts with a pencil eraser. Being careful as to not break the contacts, bend them up a little to ensure they are making good contact with the light bulb.

Oven lights don't light. replaced, but no light. panel is good, heat works. Clock is accurate; only lights won't light when door open.

there should be a switch around the frame where the door closes. take that off. then disconnect the two wires. then join the two wires together, if light works then the switch is faulty. get a new one and replace. also make sure the new bulb you replaced is the right one and not faulty.

Oven lights not working. replaced both bulbs. both lights still not working. Is this circuit fused, if so, where is fuse located?. First problem on this Kitchen aid Superba in 12 years. John.

The oven lights get power from the main circuit board.
Access the circuit board and check output voltage on board terminals P4-4 to P4-1.
No voltage would be a bad board.
If you get voltage at these terminals the wires or sockets are bad.
The board is not repairable. Only replaceable.

Oven lights

This is likely either a burned door switch or a burned panel switch.  If you used to get a light when you opened the door, you'll need to find and replace the switch.  Also, check the actual sockets of the bulbs...are they in good shape?
