Sunbeam sb700 the thread will not come up from the bobbon when I turn the wheel.

Install a brand new needle and confirm it is installed facing the correct direction. If it still will not pull up the bobbin, the machine may be out of time. Search for sewing machine timing or take it for service.

Can not get thread through the hole in needle holder

Trying to thread the needle holder? You should be threading the upper thread through the needle's eye. If it won't fit, then the thread is too large for the size needle you are using. There are many needle types and sizes, so using the correct needle for the fabric and thread is important.

I have tried and tried to bring the bobbin thread up, but it won't work,I have a sunbeam machine.

***Start by resetting the bobbin tension. (attachment instructions included)
***When you are threading do it with the pressure foot up. While you are threading do little tugs to check for snags.
***Set the upper tension to four. Give a little pull. It should have no resistance. Now, put the pressure foot down. The resistance should increase but still allow the thread to flow.
***Place two inches of starting thread under the pressure foot. (down position)
***Hold the thread while turning the hand wheel towards you.
***This should solve the problem unless the timing needs set.
***Just one thing I didn't mention is to always start with a straight new needle and good thread. (good thread doesn't have fuzz on it when held up to the light)
