Belt is strech doese not pick up diert

Hi! The brushes are needed to spin on carpet to agitate the carpet fibers and assist the motor with maximum pick up. If the belt is stretched you will need to replace it. This unit takes belt 562633001. Below are step-by-step instructions for replacing the belt on your Nano.

1. Lay the cleaner flat and flip it to expose the
nozzle base. The base should lay flat and face up.
Remove the five (5) screws.
2. Pull and lift the nozzle guard off.
3. Lift and remove the brushroll. Dispose of the
old belt.
4. Slide belt onto motorshaft.
5. Place new belt in area of brushroll without
bristles.
6. With new belt in place, pull and slide brushroll
into nozzle making sure that the brushroll end caps
are in the correct orientation. Rotate brushroll
manually to make sure belt is properly aligned.
7. Reattach nozzle guard.
8. Secure by aligning the three tabs in the
base slots.
9. Replace all five screws to secure nozzle guard.

Hoover vacuum carpet cleaner will not sucktion (sic)

No, this cleaner uses no belts.
If you are having a suction problem, first check that the lid on the recovery tank is lined up to the tank when installed to get a good seal.
Second, remove the tank and make sure the round black rubber seal is present on the pipe from the base that aligns with the bottom of the recovery tank. That seal connects the vacuum from the motor to the recovery tank.

The brush spins but the the dirt is not getting into the bag. i cleaned the hoses now it's not sucking anything up.

If the motor is running you should get some kind of sucktion, if no sucktion or wont blow any air out, check the house making sure is clear of any obtruction, the best way is looking in the house by have one person hold one end and other pull the house straight and look to see any obstruction. if it seem clear, check the motor attach to the fan, yep you have to take the cover to the motor off with phillips screw driver in order to see what causing motor not to **** although the motor may not be attached to the fan; could be loose and not spining the fan to create any sucktion. hope that help some..good luck
