I have found that this error most commonly is a result of a lot of thread caught in the cutting blades preventing the cutting blade from moving. See the "Cleaning around the Needle Plate" in the User Guide or "Cleaning of Knives and Rotary Hook" on page 316 (or 6-6) in the Service Manual located at http://www.brodyrmaskiner.se/service/pr620/pr-620-service.pdf.
When you get that error message it usally means there is a jam in the machine that is causing the motor to work to hard so it keeps you from burning up the motor try taking your needle plate off and bobbin case out and then put your needle plate back on and then the bobbin case if that doesnt work try looking at the take-up lever there might be thread wraped around it soaking up the oil and causing a bind
try this site and see if the download gives you a troubleshooting code. http://www.babylock.com/downloads/instructions/?Update_ID=95 Babylock.com has really good cust. service, but your dealer should know what steps to take to clear this code. If the sell an addtional information book on your machine, and stitching BUY it, it was so worth my $70 for my Evolve book (200+pages of HOW to's for that 8 thread monster!)
