SOURCE: Lenovo ideapad z575 running slow

I would start by cleaning the machine with CCLEANER free found at: http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/. Now what is running on your machine that is not needed, use CCLEANER ,TOOLS, STARTUP, to disable what is not needed to start at startup. I have no idea what is running on your machine but remember everything that is open will use memory and cpu power. look at Services and task manager , processes, for memory hoggs that are not needed. Get rid of TOOLBARS on browsers they are killers. Also install and run MALWAREBYTES free :http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/ Take a look at this tutorial: http://www.computingunleashed.com/speed-up-windows-7-ultimate-guide-to.html

Won't start but CPU fan vibrates but will not go full blast. Intermittant

It appears you have a faulty CPU fan and it is causing the CPU to overheat and shut down.
I suggest you replace the CPU fan. remove any dust from the heatsink and put new heatsink compound on the CPU/heatsink.

My DC5000 SFF turns on okay then switches off randomly Help!!

Which fan are you referring to? As far as I know the fan in the power supply runs at the same speed at all times. So if that is the fan you are hearing it may indicate that the power supply is failing. The power supply may be over heating and shutting down. I would try a different power supply if you can get your hands on one.

Problem with intel d101ggc motherboard

Hi Rohit, you're CPU should not be running that hot & that is why you're system is restarting. Very soon the CPU will burn up.
Replace the CPU's HeatSink & fan assembly as soon as possible. The link I have posted is a list of the CPU's you're board can support.
http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/d101ggc/sb/CS-025906.htm
Even at 70'c, that's too hot also. You're game is not putting that kind of load on you're CPU.

Desktop CPU Fan Problem

My first check would be to see if the manufactuer has a BIOS update for the ma inboard that resolves that problem.

If they don't have one available on their website I would contact their technical support because it may be a known issue that they are currently working to correct.

At least knowing you'll know that a fix is only a few months away.

If the manufacturer claims that your problem can't be verified you may have a faulty thermal control unit on the mainboard.

Let me know what you find out.

Ventilator of the microprocessor

Most modern motherboards include temperature sensors that can speed up or slow down the CPU fan depending on how hot the processor is. If its noisier than it was originally it could be: -inefficient cooling caused by dust accumulating in the heatsink under the fan. -could be heat buildup in the case itself causing the processor to run hot. -could just be noisier because the bearing in the CPU fan is wearing out. -Make sure the CPU fan power cable is plugged into the proper socket. If it?s not the motherboard cannot control the speed. Let us know if you have any other questions.
