SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: Bosch Logixx WFR2868GB Control Panel broken, dial

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
I would expect it should be available but you could try checking with spares suppliers to make certain. It might take some time ;-0)
Spares Suppliers
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make) washer spares' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can order. During the process you will be asked for the actual model number and possibly other information such as the serial number.

Good luck,
John C

I want to change font size on incoming mail as well as the browswer info when I go to explorer

it depends what operating system you are using.
On most of windows you should be able to change from screen resolution options. On XP from Display Options on Control panel you change DPI. On windows 7 you will need to go to Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display and change it to Medium.

The control panel does not seem to work on the door. None of the switches work, ice, water, options, alarm. The change filter sign on the main display is highlighted. I tried turning the refrigerator...

Yes the filter needs to be changed after the change filter light is indicated. After changing the filter the unit has to be reseted. The reset procedure is as follows:--- press and hold the Water Filter Reset button for 5 seconds. Newer models: press the Options button until "filter change" is selected, press selection buttons +/- until the "filter change" display goes out.-------------------- Thank you.

How do i stop the monitor going to standby or sleep while watchin movies every so often?

Vista: "Control Panel"-->"Power Options". On the left hand side you will see various options, you want the one labeled "Choose when to turn off the display". You will have 2 settings you can change, 1.Turn off the display and 2. Put the computer to sleep. For both of those options, change them to "Never".

XP: "Control Panel"-->"Power Options". There will be a setting for "Turn Off Monitor", change it to never.

Tally 2250

Measure with a ruler the size of the form in inches that you are going to use .

Calculate the number of lines you have by relating it to the Line Density using the formula
Form Length = Form Size * Line Density
For example for 11 inch paper at 6 lpi = 11 * 6 = 66 Lines

You must disable the Printers Menu Lock before you can change any settings - (power on holding down SETUP)

Press SET UP button on the Control Panel.

Select the MENU Option on the Control Panel Display.

Select the NEXT Option on the Control Panel Display until PAPER is displayed.

Select the PAPER Option on the Control Panel Display by pressing the button directly beneath it.

Select the Desired Paper Path for the Form Length change - The different Paper Paths can be stepped through by using the NEXT Option on the Control Panel Display.

Select Paper Path by pressing the button directly beneath it.

Select FORMLEN by pressing the button directly beneath it.

Select LINES and then increase or decrease the value on the Control

Panel Display by using the two arrow buttons until the desired length in lines has been achieved.

Select the SET Option on the Control Panel Display by pressing the button directly beneath it.

Set the Printer back ON-LINE by pressing the ON-LINE button.

This will set the form length on the printer, see the support section of www.dascom.co.uk for more info
