Were do i get the manuel for model number ph3 12r03 is the model number were or how do I drain the water and can you send me a manual

Here is the link to the manual:

Here are those particular instructions:

Compressor Indicator

The " " icon will light up on the control panel display when the compressor turns on. The " " icon will turn off when the compressor shuts off.

Emergency Condensate Holding Tank

When the room temperature is low and the indoor humidity is high, the air conditioner may not be able to evaporate some of the moisture fast enough. When this happens, the water will accumulate in an emergency condensate tank inside the unit. Once the emergency condensate tank is full, the unit will automatically shut off and the " " will appear on the control panel display. To empty the condensate tank, unscrew the screw plug at the bottom back of the unit. You will need a small pan, approximately 1" high to catch the water coming out of the condensate tank. Once the condensate tank is drained, the unit will begin working within a few minutes. The emergency condensate tank holds approximate
ly 1.5 Liters of water.

Another option is to purchase a small hose from a hardware store that can fit around the 5/8" drain plug on the back of the unit and drain the unit into a gravity drain or larger pan for continuous drainage.

To resume operation quickly, empty the water container according to the following steps:

1. Turn the unit off. Do not move the unit when the water container is full.

2. Place the drain pan accessory under the drainage port at the back of the unit.

3. Remove the screw plug from the drain hole. The condensate water will drain out automatically. When the drain pan is full, screw the screw plug back onto the drainage hole to stop the water flow. Empty the drain pan. Repeat until all the water is emptied.

Once the water container has been emptied, screw the plug back onto the drain hole. Do not allow the
water to drip continuously into the drain pan, as it might easily overflow.

Maytag dryer mdc1305aaw

try follow the instruction on original manual or at web site indicated below
http://www.manualslib.com/manual/100392/Maytag-Mdc1305aaw.html?page=14#manual

Important: Always switch off and remove the plug from the electricity supply before cleaning the condenser. To maintain the efficiency of the dryer regularly check that the condenser is clean. To remove the condenser 1. Remove the kickplate (see page 13). 2. Turn the two locking levers anti-clockwise and pull out the condenser. 3. Pull out the condenser unit. 4. Gently remove any dust or lint with a cloth, then wash the unit by holding it under a running tap turning it so that water flows between the plates, to remove any dust or lint. 5. Refit the condenser ensuring it is in the correct way (as indicated by the arrow) and pushed firmly into place. Lock the two levers by turning them clockwise. 6. Refit the kickplate.

If you do not want your condenser to run all you need to do is go to unit or t-stat and remove Y wire nut it and it will not send 24 V TO YOUR CONDENSING UNIT.

I have a haier window ac unit model hw05ca12, it doesnt appear to have a drain hole. Is this correct? Do I need to manually drill a hole in the bottom of the unit?

Hello, some window units do not have a drain hole for the condensate, instead the use the fan blade to sling the water on the condenser, since the condenser is warm/hot it will evaporate the condensate.

try cleaning out the condenser unit, instuctions are on pages 2 and 3 of your manual, if you dont have it download it from the indesit website.
fluff and old stuff gathers in it, if you leave it too long it will burn out the thermostat
instructions below.

Step 1

Open the condenser cover

- grip the handle and pull

towards you.

Step 2

Remove the condenser by

turning the 3 catches, then pull

the condenser towards you. (It is

normal for some residual water

to be left in the tubes).

Step 3

Clean the condenser with running

water over the rear side to

remove any fluff deposits.

Step 4

Replace the condenser unit;

make sure that the unit is

Installation manual required for teco split aircondtioner. Reverse cycle LS0909Y. I have operation manual but not sure how to install and wire up. Many thanks.

Is the unit an AC only or a heat pump?
Wiring to the units should in the manual or online.
Both units proper house voltage to inside unit and outside unit. There will also be a two wire low voltage cable between thr two. This is so the inside unit can turn on the higher current draw of the compressor in the outside condenser unit thru it's relay. If you have a heat pump there will also be a set of two wires to the 4 way gas valve in the condenser unit to change from heating to cooling mode,a set of two wires to control the on/off function of the fan in the condenser unit when it needs to defrost and mayby a two wire set to a themal sensor in the condenser to sense if it is frosting up when system is in heat mode.
Try to get a wiring diagram and if you can't get to the point where you understand how to wire the unit don't guess! Call someone who knows wiring or call a pro, he can you money over the cost of replacing parts if unit is miswired.

Re-located condenser, trying to charge unit in cold weather. How do I do this?

It's probably too late to recommend capturing (bottling) the charge in the condensing unit...... With that said the absolute 100% way to charge any unit is to use the weight method. If you look on the nameplate of the unit it will provide you the amount of refrigerant needed in lbs and ounces, the manufacture instruction manual will give you the additional weight needed for the lenght of the line set. In the event you don't have the ability to weigh the refrigerant accurately you can always wrap the condensing unit with a blanket reduce the condensing capacity of the condenser this will simulate a warmer ambient and allow you to charge the unit. If the unit has a fixed orfice metering device you can use the superheat method, if the unit has a TXV (thermal expansioin valve) you should use the subcooling method. Either of these methods with detailed proceedures can be found on any of the popular search engines. Hope this helps and good luck!
