It is power supply regulator problem.
In the regulator circuit, DC 12volt from adapter is separated into +8V, -8V, +5VA, +5VD. Some causes when the unit hang /blank/ frozen is one of the existing supply voltage is drop. In general, +5V.
Also check the adapter voltage, if still normal and the current is sufficient.
Adapter must have DC12volt and current of at least 3 amperes.
It may happen, when the adapter is measured without load, it's read normal 12v, but when loaded to turn on the keyboard, many voltage decreases (lets say, between 8-10v).
This indicates that the adapter is not good and need to replace.

Yamaha 9000pro, Ps is ok but unit will not boot

You may need to perform a factory reset operation. Turn power off, hold down the DEMO button and turn the keyboard back on. The
screen should display 'Setup is initialising'. This will disappear after a few seconds and the screen will display its default. If that does not work you may need to re-install program disks, I think you should have 6 of them

How to connect Samson410 to the audio 2000 Karoake/pa system?

I'm guessing a bit because I don't know exact model numbers, but heres my best guess.
Connect the "pre out" L and R from the Karoake system via 1/4" cables to the 410 unit to line 1 and 2. From there, operate the Sampson unit as if you had two instruments plugged in to it.

I got my KM60 in Singapore where they use 240V. I moved back to the states and now when I turn it on the amp buzzes for a few seconds and then it has a faint static while it is on. This static...

The only change you need to make for the 120 operation should be to change the fuse to a 2 amp fuse. Faint static is typical of the electronic noise of amps... as long as it it is faint. The power supply will act differently on 120 than 240... probably takes a brief more time to get the system stable, hence the initial buzzing. As long as it performs don't worry about it.

Operator does not put out a DMX waveform. The display indicates previously programmed scenes and chases are running. All the buttons and slides appear to respond. The unit is 6 months old. Are there...

I assume you have checked the serial digital waveform from the unit with an OSCILLOSCOPE which is the only way you can look at the DMX waveform. You will have a hard time syncronizing to the waveform. What voltage levels does the wave swing between? If you don't have an oscilloscope, then you have not REALLY looked at the waveform. In that case, USE a known good fixture CLOSE to this controller using a DIFFERENT cable to see if a single fixture works close to the unit. If it does, SUSPECT that your cabling has a break or short someplace. Also check if your daisy chain DMX cable MIGHT require a terminator resistor at the end... Read up on DMX termination.

How to perform a factory reset?

1. Power-off the PS60.
2. While holding down the four PERFORMANCE buttons and the OCTAVE DOWN button, power- on the PS60. The PS60 will be initialized, and the factory-set data will be written into internal memory. The display will indicate "Initializing..." while data is being written. Never turn off the power while this indication is shown.

What it sounds like is that the thermal overload protection is engaging because there is a component that is overheating. I don't know what the operating voltage is of 12AX7A/ECC83 but I would imagine that would be one of the hottest components in the chassis along with the switching power supply. There is an issue with your pedal however it is tough to say without looking at it. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Good luck!
