The major reason that epilator shavers stop working is because of hair that is caught inside the machine. If you have taken the top off and cleaned it out thoroughly using the brush, then this likely isn't the cause. Is it still under warranty? if so, i suggest that you contact the manufacturer and ask where you can send it for fixing. if your warranty has run out, you can still ask the manufacturer for a list of approved repair shops.

what I found out with my hair dryer (conair infinity model) was that there was a short at the plug and when I bent the wire a little to left or right the dryer would work. The plug is GFI protected that means there is a test and reset switch built in to the plug. There for for me to fix my hair dryer I would have to replace purchase order the whole cord. The cord assembly cost almost half the price it would cost to replace the dryer with a new dryer. I purchased a new dryer.
