My Keurig only brews a part cup

Most likely you need to change the filter and descale it as well.

I use a CleanCup once a month:

I change the filter once every 3 months:

And I descale it every time I change the filter using this:

Otherwise, the tubing is going to get clogged up in your machine and produce smaller and smaller cups of coffee, not to mention, when you keep your machine clean, your coffee will always taste its best!

Hope this helps!

How do I order a filter for my Keurig?

You must be more specific about "filter".
Are you inquiring about the "My K Cup" reusable wire mesh filter to use your own ground coffee? You can order them online through Amazon. Here's a link:

My Keurig says to prime

This video link below, from keurig, should get you back running.
remove reservoir, if you have a water filter, remove it and set aside. Use a damp non abrasive cloth and clean tank including filter screen. DO NOT DRY the inside with a cloth as lint may remain. DO NOT PUT in a dishwasher. Let it air dry. Reinsert the water filter. Put tank back into unit making sure it is aligned properly. Fill tank all the way up with clean water. Turn power on and attempt 3 WATER only brew cycles at the 6 or 8 ounce size. DO NOT USE A PORTION PACK.

If this doesn't work, you may have to clean the needles of the K-cup holder and / or the filter screen and water reservoir port.

If the problem persists you can contact you can contact Keurig at 1-866-901-BREW (2739) or

Keurig sounds funny when it's drawing water, like it's internals are moving in slow motion . what can I do to fix this ? This Keurig is only 8 months old !!

There should be a charcoal filter in the water tank. This filter doesn't come with the machine so a lot of ppl do not know it is supposed to be there. If it keeps "priming" the filter needs to be changed.

We recently obtained a used B70 coffee pot from my mother-in-law. There is a charcoal filter, but I am not sure where to put it. It is in some kind of holder that has 1 through 12 on it. Do I just drop...

Keurig has the manuals for their coffee makers here: . The B70 is their Platinum Brewing system. The direct link to the manual is .

You need to put the filter into the reservoir at an angle (caddy-corner to the reservoir). According to user comments, it works best going from the front left corner and back to the right. Others find they need to wet the filter for 30 minutes and then squeeze out some of the excess water to loosen the filter. This site has comments on using the filter with the Keurig brewers: .

I hope this helps.

The water comes out the top of the manuel filter so not all the hot water goes through the holder. the coffee is loosely put in the filter

Try running vinegar through the Keurig to clean and de-scale it. You should use white vinegar, run it through using several cups until there is no vinegar left, then use clean water to brew plain hot water until you can no longer smell vinegar. This will help de-scale the Keurig and potentially remove any plugged bits of coffee that may remain.
