The memory data of error code is erased when the power supply is cut off, or press the Auto Switch until "beep" sound heard following by pressing the "CHECK" button at remote controller.
Although operation forced to stop when abnormality detected, emergency operation is possible for certain errors (refer to Error Codes Table) by using remote controller or Auto Switch at indoor unit. However, the remote controller signal receiving sound is changed from one "beep" to four "beep" sounds.

Where can i get a website to download a free video card for my PCG-6H4L

You can't - a video card is >hardware< - a physical device. Do you mean where can I download >drivers< for my PCG-6H4L? A Google shows that to be a Sony notebook, so Sony websites would be a good starting point.

FWIW, it's very poor form to not give the manufacturer for a device you want help with. I should >not< have to Google to find out the maker of your gizmo. That's rude on your part...

F2-E0 - Shorted Touch Pad (Keypad) - Check the connection between the touch pad (keypad) and control board (clock) to make sure it is secure.
Select the 'cancel' function and wait 60 seconds.
If error code reappears then replace the touch pad, or touch pad and control board (clock) if all one assembly.

Kenmore Oven going crazy

The bang may have been an element arcing over.  Turn off the power and remove the element.  If it shows any form of damage, replace it.  If you're not sure, use a continuity checker to check it.  If you have two elements...do this for both.  You will likely find the problem.
