There should be holes about 9/16 of an inch on the base. I would say 4 to 6 of them. Set it on the bench where you want to mount it, Mark the holes, drill them out and then bolt and nut it down. Make sure you have a solid mounting surface. I would consider putting a mounting plate on the bottom side of the counter that you mount this too.

HID Fargo dct4500 flipper problem

There is not a separate calibration routine specific to the flipper table or module. You can download the Fargo Workbench Utility directly from the manufacturer's website, and install it on your PC. It includes a printer information section that can calibrate sensors, film, etc., and also can send direct commands to the flipper to level itself ("home the flipper table"), as well as step it in either direction.

If you have an issue that is not addressed by these built-in calibrations and other tests, then your unit may need service from an authorized repair facility, like Safe-Card ID Services.

My iron on patches keep coming off my clothing

I have never had success for permanent attachment with any iron on product. I have only relied on iron-on products to temporarily secure placement while I sew the edges of patches. There are industrial spray adhesives (3M) which i have used successfully on leather vests in area which I couldn't use the machine, but I will hand stitch the corners for a more permanent application. If you garment is washed often attach more permanently with needle and thread, small grommets, Velcro (which may also need to be sewn or magnets?

How do you install a ridgid router to a craftsman router table?

Brenda, They are just saying that if the router is too big, it won't fit. The sub-base is the plastic, usually black, disc on the bottom of the router. This disc is about 6 inches in diameter and about 3/16 inches thick. It is usually held onto the base of the router with three screws. The base is the big aluminum piece about the size of half a loaf of bread that has the handles and into which the router main part (the motor) slides into. For most router tables, you mount a router base (with the sub-base removed) to the underside of the table with screws. The router table becomes a giant upside-down sub-base. If your base fits, and the screw holes line up, you are good to go. However, it is very helpful to have an extra router base (without handles) to leave permanently attached to your router table so that you can easily swap the router between the table and normal use. Good luck!

How do we close 1 1/4" gap between two sides of table

You probably have either (a) not properly extended the legs all the way, or (b) have attached some of the cross beams on the wrong side.
