I dropped my e250r from 1.5 feet off the ground and now when i turn on my mp3 player, the sandisk logo hangs for a prolonged period and then the rapsody logo flashes and then a black screen goes on and i have to reset my plaer before repeating the prosess over again.
stuff i tried prior to writing
-refomating
-adding a patch
-installing a rapsody patchy version thing it told me that it couldnt read the version or somthing
- this same thing happened to my ipod mini about 3 mounths ago which is the reason i got my e250r
plz help i cant sleep

You need to determine if your player is the Rhapsody version or not.
To find this, check the back of the device for the word RHAPSODY, or a letter R after the model number (i.e. - e250R)
The software is different and you should clarify which one it is before we continue.
