stuff i tried prior to writing
-adding a patch
-installing a rapsody patchy version thing it told me that it couldnt read the version or somthing
- this same thing happened to my ipod mini about 3 mounths ago which is the reason i got my e250r
plz help i cant sleep
i NEED SOME CLOSURE!!!111!!!!!
You need to determine if your player is the Rhapsody version or not.
To find this, check the back of the device for the word RHAPSODY, or a letter R after the model number (i.e. - e250R)
The software is different and you should clarify which one it is before we continue.
You can "add to the question" with your answers and ill reply.
Best of Luck.
