Hold the power button down until it is fully shutdown. Tap F8 when you are booting, select "Safe Mode With Networking". Download and install Malwarebytes and Superantispyware (Note: If you can't do the download on your machine, do it on a friend's, put them on a thumb drive, and install them from it). Then scan your computer with each program, and quarantine anything found.
Your unit maybe on protect condition that why on standby mode,,,it means theirs a truoble in circuit inside that why happened...try to consult in the nearest service cnter or a wll trained technician,,wish you luck
I to am stuck in silent mode, voicemail won't work, the whole entire phone is jacked up, just because i had my phone number changed, are you kidding me?? Not ringing, not doing anything @ all, can someone tell me what to do? please thnx :)
1. Remove the batteries. While holding the 2 button down, connect the USB cable. The remote will boot into normal mode. 2. Update the firmware. Update the configuration. 3. There could be a stuck button on the remote causing the symptom. Remove the batteries from the remote. Push in, and massage each button ensuring it is not stuck down. Replace the batteries and Update the firmware. Update the configuration. 4. Remove the batteries from the remote. Manually place the remote into `Safe Mode` by holding off and plug in the USB. Upgrade the firmware in the remote. Update the configuration.
FIRMWARE: 1. Log into the Logitech Harmony Remote Software on your computer 2. Click on the Downloads button at the top-right corner of your screen 3. Click on the Firmware button. Follow the onscreen instructions to upgrade the firmware on your Harmony remote 4. Once the firmware upgrade is complete, click on the Update Remote button 5. Test your remote.
