Question about Jandy AE3000T-R AE-Ti Heat Pump 137K BTU W/ Chiller
The heater will not kick on. Have reprogrammed the Aqualink to 88 and the heater to 104 and have enabled the Aqualink to the heater.
You need to put a volt meter on the wire that goes from the Aqualink to the heater and verify that it is telling the heater to turn on. Then we can determine if it an issue with the Aqualink or the heat pump. Make sure that the water temp sensor on the AL is reading actual temp. Sometimes they will read incorrectly and, for example, display that the water is 142 degrees. If the AL thinks the water is already at or above temperature it will not close the switch for the heater to start.
