The E03 alarm on the remote is either:
(1) External ROM data failure
(2) Outdoor PCboard failure
You should have it checked by a qualifed service technician. If you have any questions, or would like a referal for a trustworthy company, send me an email and I will do what I can to help.

Cobra alarm

After market alarms are horrible on MB's as they have built in alarms. If you mean the remote your going to have to get the frequency code from the manufacturer or have the dealership program it to control the alarm if the last 1 did.

If you dont know how the system works I would suggest removing it as most systems dont work well with the pneumatic central locking and fail by burning up wiring it is connected to.

What to do if your machine atand on control lock

The following link explains how to correct a Control Lock problem on a Whirlpool Duet:

Keep in mind, control panel features can differ between models. However, the instructions on how to lock/unlock the control panel are printed on the front panel of these washers and are printed in the owner's manual.

If these prelimiary measures do not work, you may have a more serious problem than a simple operator intervention.

If you have questions, or need further assistance, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

Panasonic microwave no power or light

I must have suggested this 20 time today. if you open the casing you will find several fusees that the manufacturers don't want you to know about.
you have a 10 ampish large fuse that protects the power circuits ( transformer/magnatrons) smaller fuses for control circuits also might want to look atand reset the thermal cutouts. if it overheatedprior to failure
