Hello,

1st check which OS you're using. Then check to see if it has any updates for language packs under the "optional updates" if so then select the language update through the "windows update" screen.
After the update is applied then go to control panel and select "clock, language, region" and then select your desired language that you just updated.

Hi,

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!
