When calling,i can hear the person i called but they cant hear me

Looks like problem is on your side. This is may due to a faulty microphone on your phone or Mic is set to be on mute.

1. Please check that nothing is clotted on Microphone. This is a small hole on bottom side of your phone.
2. Please check that other party can hear you when you're using a Hands-free / Bluetooth ear phones with mic on it. If they can hear you, when you use a hands-free, problem is with your phone's on-board microphone.
3. You can also check that, while on a call, your mic is not set on Mute. This can be done as on call, select Options , look for Mute / Unmute. If Unmute is present, select it unmute the mic.
4. You can use Mute button Provided on the top side of the phone. While on the call, press this button to Mute / Unmute the mic. If the mic is set to Mute mode, other party won't hear any sound from you.

Hope this will solve the issue.

The person i am calling can not hear me

This is usually due to two reasons.
The first reason could be that your mic is set to the mute position so whatever you are saying is not getting into the mic. So therefore, the person at the other end cannot hear what you are saying since the mic is not transmitting whatever you are saying.
Secondly, the mic of your phone could have developed a fault or is broken. As a result, it cannot transmit whatever you are saying too. A very good way to know what is exactly wrong is to try and record a message or any tone on your phone. If you can hear the playback then there is no fault with your mic, but if you cannot hear the playback, then you have to change your mic.
The only way you can replace it is to send it to a repairer and have him fix it for you.
Hope this was helpful? Please comment for more information.

When I place a call to someone & they answer,I can haer them just fine but when I speak, they cannot hear me.What might the issue be with my headset? Motorola710

The fault is possible in the headset and you will need to check on the mic section. Check on the mic inlet for any block due to dirt accumulating , thereby blocking the passage of sound. Use a good soft fibre for cleaning and clearing the passage. If this wont help you will need to open the head set and ceck on the mic. Use a signal test on the mic to get a response on the answering phone. If so the mic is the main culprit. replace and proceed, However if the fault stays still, it could be the failure of the mic amp, try to solder this area and test. Hope this works for you. Good day

Audio problem. When I make/receive calls, other person cannot hear my voice.

This problem I've had myself But it will only solve the problem if your cell uses a sim card. When the sim cards go bad thats whats happens your hear them but they can't hear you or vice-versa.

Problems calling and texting

try resetting your phone to factory settings found in your settings menu.

regarding you said that people are struggling to hear your voice probably the mic on your phone has lost its contacts or the whole of the mic is blocked. try look into it.

if you can open your phone try check the mic section.

if you cant open it then have it repaired...
