Question about RIM BlackBerry Storm 9530 Smartphone
Hi, when I connect my 9530 to my PC, it says: "Device drivers not succesfully installed" and when I troubleshoot it says that my phone is missing a driver. I downloaded drivers but it says I already have a newer version on my PC and that I should first delete the newer software before installing the old- what can I do?
Reinstall blackberry desktop software with latest installation from web. Ensure that your pc your phone is being connected to has an internet connection then try again
