Can the illumask be reset after 30 uses

I found a review made on Amazon where someone has figured how to reset it; this means less money spent AND less landfill waste! I have not tried to reset it yet, so I do not know if this actually works, but I plan on trying it in about a week. Here are the steps:

1. Open the unit, and replace the four AA batteries.
2. Connect a wire between the POSITIVE terminal and the labeled RESET copper pad on the printed circuit board. Press the POWER ON button.
3. Move the wire to connect the POSITIVE terminal and the labeled TEST copper pad on the printed circuit board, and press the POWER ON button.
4. The counter will reset from 0 to 30 uses.

The only step that confuses me is 2, when it says connect "A" wire, do they mean connect THE wire? I'll have my dad try to reset it haha

What is the BEST aluminum to copper 220V connection

The only way considered safe to connect copper and aluminum is through a splice connector. Specifically, you have to connect the wires individually so they are not prone to corrosion.

200w audio power amplifier

sounds like it's getting really hot, that round thing your talking about is kind of a step up transformer which causes inductance and will increase the voltage that the other components need to run properly. It's copper wires wrapped around a piece of iron like an electromagnet. So what is you question?

I have control pcb on my bryant hvac home unit. HK42FZ009 blows F1 24 3amp fuse. It happened about a year ago and replacing the fuse solved it until now. New fuse blows immediately. Looking for...

Take everything off the board. With power on and carefully, one by one put all components back on until fuse pops. This will narrow it down. Obvious short to ground in one piece. Verify 24 volts from transformer.

Westinghouse range hood wrf900cs light blew, light globes replaced but lights still not working

I had the same problem. An audible pop and the lights stopped. Fans still works, light bulb filaments appear intact.
My problem was that a short piece of the copper on the printed circuit board, inside the switch housing, had vaporized as if it were a fuse. I soldered a bridge of copper wire across the small 5mm gap and all was working again.
Access the switch compartment by removing the filters, undo a couple of retaining screws to remove switch unit.
Make sure the electricity to the unit is Off/unplugged before proceeding!!!
Switch unit cover has 4 screws holding it on. Once inside the unit, trace the wire (mine was grey colour) from the light switch to the small printed circuit board. The copper printed circuit link to the connector had sign of burning, just gooone!
Solder a bridge of copper wire across the gap and reassemble switch unit to test.
....send beer donations to me in qld...cheers!!!

Can the piece that connects the ribbon to the VGA card be soldered back?

If the copper wires inside the board have not been ripped then yes - but you will need an extremely fine soldering gun and a magnifier glass to see what you're doing.

Lookin for the installation instructions for a Rheem defrost controls Part number 47-102684-83

Just screw it in place of the old one and plug the wires onto the board. If you need to identify which wire is which, just search online for HVAC wiring connections. There are thousands of websites that describe what each wire goes to. The terminal markings are standard for any brand name. R=24v, Y=compressor, O=reversing valve - for heat pump, W or E=heat coils inside(for when it's too cold to run H. Pump), C=common - other wire from 24v transformer. And, on a board like that, there will be 2 "D" or "Def" terminals, for the sensor on the copper tubing.

#model-cple48-1 split unit sometimes inside fan dont turn on,appears to be circuit board in outside unit#b12260-08 is this still available.

Can you set your thermostat to on instead of auto on the fan? If this fixes it it would be a loose connection at the themostat or broken wire. (broken wires are very common and they will make and break connection they break because the copper wire is small and it gets scored when stripped) I do not see a way the outside unit could cause your problem. If it was any circuit board it would be the one in the furnace.

4ws light will not go out have changed computer but still on

Probably both computers are faulty. Old age and vibrations crack the relay soldered joints inside the comuter (behind rear seat). Sometime invisible cracks, so resolder all relay connections to the board. Disconnect battery; remove rear seat (LHS - two pull-clips under front of seat)) and seat back; unbolt wires etc, unbolt steelwork & computer; open computer case; circuit board with copper strips to it has two black boxes (relays; remove this circuit board & resolder relay-to-circuit board joints. Check other circuit board for bulging capacitors & replace as required with same values. Probably cure all ills - cured all mine!

Any hardware connected to the USB port cuts out after 5-10 minuets?

It is more like an inside electronic problem like;loose connections/failure in circuit board, make sure your power supply/source is earthed or earth the pc independently.Earth the pc thru a copper wire to a grounded metal object thru the screws and bolts at the back of your casing.
