I have a 2015 Holden Cruze and already it needs front discs and pads is this right for a car thats less than 3 years old.

pad wear depends on the foot of the driver
If you race up to lights and stand heavily on the brakes , the the pads and discs wear out quickly
if you use the brakes excessively, some problem
asking if it is right for a car of that age , it depends on the mileage and not the time
How to fix
well there are 3 types of pad material on the market for
heavy use
normal use
and light use
so get new discs ( slotted , solid ,vented ) and consult with a professional brake shop to get the pad material and discs best suited for your style of driving

Download slow browsing history ccleaner

Its probably getting too hot in the PC, and causing it to shut down.
When FVD starts to do heavy processing the PC draws more power and the processor gets hotter. If the heatsink and fans are dirty or loose the processor gets too hot and decides to shut down the PC to stop it burning up. Clean all dust from inside PC and fan areas, make sure heatsink is firmly attached to top of CPU inside PC.

Rear brakes and rotors wear out quickly

Is this light scoring or heavy scoring. You may be riding in dirty or sandy conditions. You should also lift the bike and spin the wheel to see if the brakes are dragging. You do not mention the pads. Are they heavily worn ie thin or not?

Hot water stops filling too soon.

Fill setting has to be adjusted and the belt is slipping on the spin cycle and not generating enough centrifugal force to get the water out.

Hot sides on freezer

If this freezer has a fan under it, make sure it's running. It blows on the condenser coil to remove the heat from the system. It seems your heat has no where to to.
If it is auto defrost, make sure the evaporator coils are not iced up. They are usually behind the rear cover inside the freezer. If it's heavily ice up this would indicate a defrost system failure.

Kenmore vac won't shut off, blowing heavy air from vent

For the stack of problems you have, it sounds like it be best for you to ditch it and get a new vacuum. The heavy problem sounds like a motor issue. The burning smell is most likely from the belt being loose on the power head.

Economically, you should just get a new one instead of replacing the whole system guts

Emachines pc keeps saying hard drive is failing

What kind of resources are you pulling on the pc everyday? For example are you doing heavy writing to the drive everyday such as video editing, ripping etc and how much air flow is your pc getting. If the case gets too hot or warm for long periods of time it can cause the hard drive to fail quickly. Lastly check your power supply male sure its pputting out the proper voltage to the computer specifially the connection to the hard drive. If its not stable the nit will cause your hard drive to fail.
