Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Being a NEW phone please do not attempt to open the set or trials as your set is covered under warranty. The best you can do is to remove the battery and reset to see if the phone works fine . if not get the free warranty support from the service dealer.

I bought 4GB SDHC card on september 2009 but now it is not working .When I insert in camera and operate showing Card error.and I opend in data card also but not showing files showing formate option so...

Take the card to a camera store and ask for a digital data recovery. This should get back a lot of the pictures if not all of them. If you dont ahve a store that offers that, send it to Spartan Photo center
197 East Saint John Street
Spartanburg, SC 29306

The card will be diagnosed and we can contact you with the problem and cost to recover. About $25 in most cases. But is still depends upon the actual condition and how the card behaves.
