Paying back student loans

College can be very expensive and many students find themselves after graduation finding it difficult to stay afloat with all the debt from loans that they took out to pay for school. There are many things that students and parents can do to prepare for paying back all those loans even before taking them out. The most important thing for students is to know all the information that you can, know how much you are taking out and how much the interest rates are going to be. There is a ton of information on the government websites that students and parents can take advantage of.
When you know what is a reasonable amount that you are going to be able to pay back after graduation and what you can afford right now to pay for tuition will save you headaches later. It is very easy to take out as much as you can and forget that you have to pay it back eventually. Where you can apply for scholarships and keep in mind that federal student loans tend to have lower interest rates than private loans. But the most important thing that students and parents can do is to prepare early, start saving well before college to help relieve some of the strain of paying off later.

Does vin number of a car shoe reposession status

No, but if you check with the motor vehicle department in the state the car has been licensed and registered in, and give them the VIN, they may be able to tell you if the car has a clear title (meaning it has no liens against it).

GOOD DAY! I have a question regarding my wife purchase a refrigerator.ref.model NR-A5610A,The agreement is 1mo.to pay but it lapse 2working days.My question is. It is reasonable to have a penalty?

This is an opinion, NOT lagal advice. You are on a technical forum here and I think you probably need legal advice not technical help. That said, for what it's worth, here's my opinion:

Sorry to say that the simple answer is in your question. You have an agreement to pay in 1 month, you didn't meet the terms of the agreement. If you didn't meet the terms then you have defaulted on the agreement. You are now governed by the terms of any default clause, which may be a penalty, reposession or some other resolution.

It's reasonable to have a penalty. If there's a penalty clause then it's probably legally enforceable as well. Whether it's morally right is another question. Your best bet is to have a pleasant and reasonable discussion with the creditor (recognising that you ARE in the wrong) and ask for them to treat you lienently. If you ask nicely and play on their humanity, you have a far better chance than if you go in all guns blazing about how unfair the situation is.

Like I say, just my opinion. Hope it helps

Buying a car on ebay from a reposessing company but they havent got the keys how do i get a set and approx how much many thanks

Bad Idea. These cars are cheap to start with, how good of care do you think it got from some dirtbag that couldnt even make payments on one of the cheapest cars he could buy? That car is trouble, even if you got ot for free. I'm sure the dealer could get you a key.
