We started using your app for our new phones at work. It worked okay for 2 days, but now when we try to search we get "undefined result, please try again". I have tried this on 2 different phones - one that worked before (loaded app on Monday) & one that has had the error since the app was loaded on Thursday. Is this an app error or is the problem with our online phone book?

It would be helpful to know the Phone model and whether there is any error message.
Regardless, to troubleshoot, please consider performing the following steps:
1. Shutdown your phone and start it up again. Try working with the Camera again. 2. If it is still not working, to validate if it is an issue with the native Camera app, please download Android Market camera apps like "Camera360 Free" or "FxCamera" and try clicking some pictures.
The error code you have given is a server error due to not allowing cookies.
The fix is to go into Internet Explorer on the phone, Then expand the bottom bar by clicking ..., then click settings, then you need to click allow my phone to receive cookies. You should then be able to go to the marketplace and download. :D
Your issue seems same as you thinking. Because when the RAM unable to take the load it goes inactive. and the result comes rebooting. Your first try will be better to remove some big applications, those taken large space and using large of system memory while being start.
here is my advice : Just go to www.microsoft.com and download internet explorer again
and install it , then reboot your system . I'm sure that this will
solve the problem . any way , why don't you try other internet
communication softwares like ( firefox or google chrome) those both are
great also . I advice you to have more than one internet communication
software . I already have three just in case if one of them is
corrupted . I have ( Internet explorer and firefox and google chrome )
. just try the idea and you'll be satisfied with the result . good luck .
Yes, it will work fine again. This happens when you ran an application which did not close or corrupted. There is a way to just delete that program and start up your phone. But very complicated. However if you have a backup or are ok with a new fesh phone without your data, then just reinstall your OS.
Install blackbery desktop to your computer.
Download the latest blackberry software from your carrier's web site and install it to your computer.
Launch Blackbery desktop and connect your phone WITHOUT THE BATTERY with the cable and select App Loader and follow the screen prompts. When this finishes you will get a different error on the screen. Just try the above again with the battery in your phone and your phone will be fine again
For a permanent solution, I enabled back ad blocking in IE7 Pro, accessed the Yahoo Mail account (got again the errors), and when I got the "Click here to try again" page, I used IE7Pro context menu to select "Ad Blocker / Don't filter this site".
this can also be caused when you have other ad blockers installed on your computer and also firewalls
