Yes, you can the internal battery. It is not difficult. I did it on an
APC ES-750 backup. You can contact the manufacture. Maybe, it's still under warranty. If not, look-up your replacement battery on e-bay. You may find instructions how to install the battery on U-tube.

My Lg is not keeping charge, and I bought a new Battery and it still wont charge or keep charge. Please Advise.

A charging problem could be due to a bad battery, corrosion on the battery contacts (you can clean them with rubbing alcohol) a bad charger or the charger plug on the phone. I would try replacing the charger and checking the connects.

Unable to Charge

Hey there,
This symbol generally appears when you are connected with a charger not suited specifically to your blackberry. the connector may fit the socket on the phone but does not work at the level the blackberry requires to charge. Try another cord made for the blackberry.
Also remove the battery from the device and ensure all the connection points are dust free. I don't think this relates to your problem, but a good idea to do from time to time anyway.
Good luck.

Battery is not staying charged is my generater bad

Not neccessarily,

how old is the battery? may be as simple as replacing the battery. Once the battery gets to a certain age it will not hold charge. Often if the battery is allowed to go flat it can be damaged , combined with the batteries age the battery shall inevitably become less and less able to hold charge. All batteries even when not connected naturally discharge a small amount of charge over time and because motorbikes are often left in our gargaes and only riden in good weather for example, they are more prone to being unable to hold charge when comapred to a car battery that is being used all the time.

First suggestion - a good deep cycle charge from a car battery charger be undertaken. Check all the simple things first ie battery electrolite ( water) levels before you charge. Failing this and it continues to not hold charge during normal once reinstalled, borrow or buy a cheap multimeter from radio shack or Pep Boys or similar store. Put multimeter onto DC Volts setting. See what you battery volatge is at without the motor running. Then start the motor and repeat the test. The voltage levels should have increased, usually the reading should be roughly just over 12 volts to 14 volts. If there is an increase in voltage to roughly the voltages advised then chances are the alternator and regulater circuit are working fine - It is more than likely the battery that needs to be replaced.

If you don't get the readings advised then more than likely it is the alternator/regulator circuit faulty. Alternator produces AC power which then connects to regulator to change it into DC power at the levels of voltage suggested above. Further testing at this point will need to be made using your multimetre to figure out if it is the alternator or simply just the regulator that is faulty. Your bike may even have these items as one unit whereby the alternator and regulator are one unit and not seperated like on some other models of bikes.

Once you do rectify your problem you might consider to maintain you battery life easier by leaving your bike connected to a small trickle battery charger when not using the bike for prolonged periods.

Kindle 3G will not keep a charge. Tryed turning off the WI-FI and charging all night. Still Kindle was dead when I tried to use at lunch, advise please!

The only advice is that you need to replace the battery that you already have and get a new one. Replace the adaptor as Plan B.
If it connects to the computer does it keep the battery charging? If it does it could mean the adaptor needs replacing and not the battery. First is battery and then adaptor.

I have dell Inspiron 6000 laptop computer which has a charging probelm. I have to always keep ac adapter connected so it works. Please advise me. Thank you. Vinay Shah

The problem you are facing is battery drain out, the cells in the battery are not capable to get charged of to give charge and they have to be replaced - So my advise is to replace the battery and get a new one. Contact dell or local sales office in your nearest area. Also compatible model batteries are also available.
