Question about Acer Aspire Computers & Internet
KEY PAD NOT WORKING EVEN I TRY U R TIPS
Have you tried a USB keyboard ?
Anyway, if your keyboard is not responding, it may have become disconnect or may have water or liquid damage. ( Shorted )
Try holding down a key when powering on the unit. If you hear or see a error message the keyboard is connected. If you do not, you may have a defective keyboard.
Hope this helps

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

More than likely the pop has gotten inside your unit. you would have to open the unit, disconnect your keyboard, clean the leads and connectors to the keyboard. If the unit was on when this happened the mb may have shorted in which you would need a new kb.
