I cannot hear any sound out of my Polaroid TDX-01930B television.

Hello
First make sure that the "Mute" function is OFF. If it is set to "ON", no volume will be there.

Your TV has a volume lock function included [Global Volume Lock].

The remote comes preset to allow independent volume control of each selected device (Global

Volume Unlock). However, you may change the Volume Lock setting to Global Volume Lock so that

one device's volume will control volume in all other modes. After that, you can perform Individual

Volume Unlock on a selected device to set its volume control for independent operation or Global
Volume Unlock to remove all volume locking.
Locking Volume Control to One Mode (Global Volume Lock)
[1] Press and hold SET UP until the red LED blinks twice; then release.

[2] Enter 9-9-3 and then press the mode key for the device you want to control volume (for

example,TV). The LED blinks twice. Now when you press VOL+, VOL-, or Mute, the selected
device (for example, TV) will control the volume regardless of the current mode.
Unlocking All Volume Control (Restoring Global Unlock)
[1] Press and hold SET UP until the red LED blinks twice; then release.

[2] Enter 9-9-3 and then press VOL+. The LED blinks four times.
Volume is now independently controlled for all programmed devices.
Unlocking a Single Device's Volume Control
[1] Press a device key (TV, VCR/DVD, CBL/ SAT, or AUX).
[2] Press and hold SET UP until the red LED blinks twice; then release.

[3] Enter 9-9-3 and then press VOL-. The LED blinks four times. Volume is now
independently controlled for the selected devices.
OK

Unlock code

Enter your 15 digit IMEI
>>>Before we can send your unlocking code we need you to do something for us first. Every phone has a code that is as unique as a fingerprint, it is called an IMEI number. To locate your unlocking code we need you to provide us with your IMEI number. (You can either locate your 15 digit IMEI number underneath your battery, usually on a label, or alternatively you can simply dial *#06# on your phone)
Unlocking code is requested for your IMEI
>>>Once we have received your payment we send a request for the unlocking code for your Pantech Duo. Within 48-72 business hours (excluding weekends & holidays) of us receiving your payment we will send you your unlocking code with step-by-step instructions on how to enter it
Your Pantech Duo is instantly unlocked
>>>After entering the IMEI unlock code, your phone is instantly unlocked and ready for use on any GSM Network. This is a permanent unlock and your device can never be locked again

Receiver very low when watching tv or dvd

It's just "Digital Audio" vs "Analog Audio" You can use the "Volume Offset" function in the receivers "Main Menu" to compensate for this. Go into the menu then go to audio and or input settings and you can adjust the offset and lock it in. If you still have a problem, post a comment and I can help you some more. There is not a "problem" it's just the way the audio is transmitted. Like when your watching TV and a commercial comes on and BLOWS you out of the room. That's going from clean digital to noisy analog.
