You can remove or change the Window's User or administrator's password and privileges. You need access to a computer with Internet access to download the Hiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD. Then insert this CD into the laptop/computer and boot up the laptop/computer with the Hiren's CD and follow the instructions. Click start run type cmd press Enter

black screen should open DOS mode

this will vary depending on your operating system

type in net user username

For eg. If you want to change administrator password , type net user Administrator

it will prompt you to enter the new password

enter the new password and the password is changed

Select safe mode with networking to download

you could download all of these or just one save them to a usb drive for later use if one fails to remove the password

Forgot windows password, we can use Windows Password Reset to reset our windows password.

Step2:Burn Windows Password Reset ISO file to CD/DVD,or USB.
Step3:Put in your newly created CD and remove your Windows Password

Resetting password & user name on Windows:b>*Start your computer
*Keep pressing "F8" as the computer starts.
*This will enter the computer in Safe Mode.
*(When the window "Advanced Boot Options" opens, choose "SafeMode" with arrow key and confirmby pressing the Enter key, then computer enters Safe Mode.
*Once you are in the Safe mode Click "Administrator" on the Windowslogin screen.
*Take note that you have set the Administrator password before, you need toinput the changed password instead of leaving "Password" field blank.

**Restart computer and login into the account you just created using your newpassword.

You need to temporarily remote the CMOS battery from the motherboard to reset the bootup password.

Use Administrator The "A" is capitaized only....worked for me...administrator with Administrator for password!!!!
