Problem for Hunter (27185) Remote Control

AC remote control tac490 and Carrier Heat pump.

Since Carrier does not have the original remote for my unit (rfl-03010EH) a distributor sold me the new one. It does not communicate with the unit. I see 7 dip switches but no instructions come with it. HELP
