Hello, Did you notice if the tines moved when you turned the belt pulley to install the new belt? If the tines do not move when you rotate the driven pulley by hand, the worm gear might be stripped. If the tines do move when you rotate the driven pulley by hand, the belt tensioner might not be working properly. It could be as simple as an adjustment.
Dear Sir: This is probably a 1) faulty speed sensor or 2)the speed sensor is not
plugged in properly. Its also possibly a 3) faulty motor control board or
lower board 4) Main motor faulty. . The error codes will differ between makes and models but
could be e1.You must test
see my personal TIPS for diagnose and troubleshooting.
See if you can run the software calibration for diagnose and trouble.
# get a 12-18 volt dc battery fully charged(like one from a cordless drill) # Make sure it is fully charged, because it won't work if not # attach the + and - to the motor red is + and black is - # If the motor turns slightly your motor is ok, if not the motor is bad and would need replaced # if the motor is ok then your motor controller(the board with the metal) is malfunctioning and would need replaced.
does is just not move when you're standing on it, or not even move when you're not standing on it. It may be a simple belt adjustment or if the motor is running but there's no track movement you may be looking at a loose/broken drive belt. Take the cover off, start it up and look at the motor/drive pulley assembly. If the motor turns and the front roller doesn't, tension the drive motor by moving it back. If the front roller turns but the track doesnt, do a track adjustment as per your users manual.
this type of problem related to "overload protection" the motor can't overcome the load work, then it would able to stop your machine, theres problem on motor assembly try to check the carbon brush.if worn out replace, handwheel are couple to motor pulley inside machine.there an opening for the belt.if you want to check it loosen bolt cover, have move the belt you can figure why handwheel moving tight.if you realease the belt handwheel will move independently but handwheel is connected to a cam shaft w/mechanical link connected such as gears, cam and bushing that
can also suspiciuos of obstruction can came there.take this to service center if trouble link to mechanical problem.have a nice day
rate me and thank's
Remove lid UN PLUG MACHINE FROM WALL SOCKET Undo motor bollts so it can be moved towards drum, GET OLD BELT AND LOWER IN YOUR HAND TOWARDS DRUM THEM MOVE BACKWARDS TILL CLEAR OF DRUM PULLEY ,get new belt and lower so it goes over rear of drum pulley (big wheel)make sure nothing is in drum, put one bolt of motor in loosely and roll belt over motor pulley wheel slowly forcing towards you if working from front a bit until ribs on belt are in grooves on both pulley wheels,Tighten up all motor bolts job done test it
Could be a worn belt,
Empty the machine and tilt backwards, you may need some help to do this.
Remove the belt and check, some times these appear OK but may have stretched.
Chech the agitator pully, try to rotate, will only move in one direction, see agitator moving as you do, get the person helping you to see this.
Check the motor moves freely on the tensioner, motor will appear to move 2".
Fit a new belt and try.
