Im afraid it's not possible. After you delete an app, everything goes with it. It remembers your username because of online registries for the app but nothing else. The data you want is stored on your ipod touch. The only way you could've saved it is if you backed up your ipod touch with itunes before you deleted it. Backing up in itunes saves all "in-app" data as well has what is on the ipod touch itself.....Sorry

This will be impossable I believe. If you cant even get the User Name to be reconized this means its lost for good in most cases. Sorry! If you still want to use the phone, to clear out anything that may disrupt its funtions I would fatory rest it first. You can get this from the web. There are meany ways of this to list. Its best to look up your phone dy model and follow those instructions to do so. I thought, there may be a good chance you cant re-access that phone do to a memory problem with it. It may be damaged. Sorry!
