My laptop says BOOTMGR is missing what does that means?

I have a acer aspire 4330 laptop and i tried to reboot and restore it. Now it lead me to a blank page dat says B00TMGR is missing.press Ctrl+alt+del to restart. But when i do. it says press f2 to enter setup and press f12 to enter booting device.And when im there i dont know what im looking for. I just want my computer to work again.I dont mind loosing documents. Please someone help.
