Speed control won't work. stays on high. cannot adjust.

Talk to the maker of the chair, you'll probably need to replace the speed controller. You'll need the make, model and serial number of the chair when you contact them.

Can i get yall phone number so i can call yall

The best way to get a phone number is to call the manufacturer and ask for a phone number to a tech local to you. They have a database of all the techs that are authorized to work on their product. Call 1-800-800-8586 to get a tech to talk to near you. Or you can talk to a tech in their technical service department. Ultimately you will probably be directed to a nearby tech but at least you will be getting answers.

I need a remote control for my HTT-9 Human Touch Massage chair.

My htt-9c would beep and not work. E-mailed company and they said chair was out of production for a while and they would give me a discount on a new one(no replacement parts). I peeled the sticker off of the top of the remote and had to remove 4 tiny screws. Inside the remote there was 2 more tiny screws to remove. Went to radio shack and got a 25' phone cord for 11 dollars and plugged it in the remote and back of chair. Fixed the problem

Wont turn on light just flash back and forth on speed setting

gilly your controller still thinks you are charging the chair. This error is a charger inhibit error which means that when you have the charger plugged in you can't drive the chair. If your charger is not plugged into the chair then you have a problem that needs to looked at by your provider where you got the chair or by a tech Sorry I don't have a quick fix Hope this helps you

Wheel chair won't move. Batteries have been charging for several hours and have some charge but chair will not move.Any suggestions? Thanks

Romp, Did you check the freewheel levers chair will not move if you are in freewheel. Levers are in front next to seat posts and need to be facing forward. If you are not in freewheel then check the number of lights you have on on the joystick and that they aren't flashing. Also check that your speed control is not on the lowest setting even with some charge a slow speed setting will not let the chair move. Now by some charge you mean lights in the green on the joystick? If the lights aren't flashing then I'm kinda unsure other than even with some charge the batteries don't have enuf current to drive the motors and need to be replaced Hoe this helps

Hoveround technique rwd motorized chair charge

Normally the power chairs will not operate when connected to the charger. If you mean the controller comes on when connected to the charger but it wont come on when the charger is disconnected, I would test the batteries first, then the connections and fuses. Did a technician inspect your power chair to determine a controller was needed, or was that just a guess by the representative over the phone? If your insurance will not cover the repairs, I would recommend spending $50 for a technician from Hoveround to come out and inspect the chair to determine what is needed to fix it so you know for SURE. It may be something simple and inexpensive.
Good luck!

I need a used/remanufactured 50 Amp VSI Controller for a Pride Go Chair

Search ebay, you'll find them new and used, and make sure that the connection into the chair matches up with your chair...most will send you a picture of it, and also make sure that the controller is programmed for RWD (Rear Wheel Drive), or you will also need to get a PP1 programmer to reset it for your chair. If it came off of any RWD chair and the connections are the same, it will work on your GO-GO.

All six lights blink on my Jet 3

I just had the same problem with my uncle's power chair. The number of "blinks" indicates a problem code to the technicians. My chair needed the joystick control assembly replaced. Once replaced, evrything was back to normal. 'Not a cheap fix but much needed. Good luck my friend!!
