Question about Orbit Hydro-Rain HRC-100-04-NA 4 Station Ind/Out Controller
My Hydro Rain 100 is not working and there is a NO AC message on the screen.

You have a possibility of four things going on here.
1. no power at the outlet (check the breaker or GFCI)
2. burned out fuse in the controller. (small glass tube in back)
3. burned out transformer (the thing that plugs into the wall)
4. your clock got hit by a voltage surge (lightning) and is, for all intents and purposes, dead.
The solution to the wall outlet is either a breaker, or GFCI reset, or call an electrician.
The solution to the others is:
All the items are available at your local irrigation supply house, (or even online) The plug-in type 24VAC transformer, the glass fuse, or even a new clock, though it MIGHT be time to purchase a new one.

Could be many problems with a description as vague as "not working." Can you be more specific? Does no water come on? Does the timer say it is operating? Is it plugged in? Does outlet have power? Are wires connected correctly? Can you start a zone using the bleeder screw?
