When the trial period is over, the software stops working and you need to purchase this software if you wish to keep using it. When you purchase the software you will receive the serial number. Enter this serial number and the software will start working again.
Check the BIOS for the serial number. If the motherboard has been replaced then sometimes the BIOS will keep the serial number from the old machine, so when you try to put in the new one it checks it against the one saved and says sorry. but if you can see the serial number in the BIOS then just copy that one down and use it.
password/code can only be retrieved from service center or from the dealer of
the unit. Because at the back of the unit there is a serial number mentioned
and the password/code only can be retrieved from the serial number. Each and
every device/unit has its own serial number so one serial number code/password
will not work with other serial number code password. The service center or the
dealer has the list of code for the serial number so as soon as you provide the
serial number he will get the password/code Retrieved for you through the
list. Thanks. keep updated for any more query.you can rate this solution

I bought the television less than a year ago, so I called Philips Magnavox and they asked for the serial and model numbers. Next thing I know they asked for my name and address and Philips is sending a brand new television to replace it !!! The new one should arrive in about ten days. How's that for service? I'm very happy that I bought Philips and I will do so again. So don't forget to keep all the paper work that comes with your new televisions, especially Model and Serial numbers ! Thanks for asking , Debbie Hoffman
