Question about Panasonic Televison & Video
Can thistv work in europe ( 220 v )
Not really. You can buy a transformer in European countries to allow US products to work, but you would not be able to receive European broadcasts. A set top box would be required for watching broadcast material, preferably one that uses one of the HDMI ports. Information is here: Page 47 of http://service.us.panasonic.com/OPERMANPDF/TH37PX60U-ENGLISH.pdf

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I had the exact same problem. Thought it was the tv, but it was the cable between my cable box and the tv. Try unplugging the cords and plugging them back in, color was restored.

Forced to factory default: press and hold [VOLUME ( - )] on the TV and press [MENU] on the remote 2 seconds. Exit: Unplug Power to reset.
If it does not help, the main board need to replace. For further questions, please add your comment.
