You don't mention if you have 4 drum brakes or 2 drums and 2 disc. Assuming you have air in the lines, begin with the lines that are furthest away. Check that the slave cylinders are good and not leaking fluid. after you have purged each wheel, if the pedal is still weak, then replace the master (Bendix brand) cylinder.

Brake servo master cyl flexing and moving to bulk head making the foot brake pedle spungy soft insufistant reserve travel

I think your saying you have a spongy pedal. have the brake system checked for leaks ( externally as well as internally eg master cylinder) and wear. If a-ok then have them bleed the system.
Now if your saying there is a problem with pedal travel
that has to do with pedal rod adjustment( which is only adjusted after replacing a master cylinder or booster)

1992 Buick LeSabre brakes bleed but very lil brake at pedle

start bleeding your brakes from the rear wheels and work your way to the front. I'm assuming you already did a pad change since you say you got the air out. make sure you keep the fluid level and not let it get too low while you're bleeding them or air will get into the master cylinder and you have to start all over again. Make sure you have someone help you that is competent enough to hold the brake pedal down all the way and not let off even the slightest bit until you get the bleeder screw tightened.
