If this is a spelling error and your not getting HOT water, I suggest you check the wiring or wire plug connection to the 'water inlet valve' assembly. 1st-unplug the AC power. 2nd-turn off both water valves.3rd-prepare for spilled water on the floor.4th-carefully use a wide(app 1 to 2 inch)flat chisel(BIG flat blade screw driver)and pry the top assembly up.5th-it should open like a large tool box. Look down inside the back to see where the valve assembly is mounted. Now option #2 is turn the machine on its side to see if you can reach the valve assembly from the bottom with out having to open the top. Good luck on the job.

The cold water for the rinse cycle takes ages to drip out

Hi, I am Fred.
In your situation, I will check the hose that connects to the cold water and I would make sure that faucet is completely open.
If you're still having problem with it, I would check the valve to make sure the cold water section is not restricted, check for kinck, bended hoses, tape (knock) on the solenoid to remove any blockage. Good luck.

Hitachi sf-6500px error

Possible error on the program due to a memory issue. After resetting, if the machine has the same fault with all the selected programs, then it is possible that the motherboard is faulty. Please check the INLET flow to be good and the drain pump to be clear.

Hi the cold water just dribbles into the tub. if I

is the cold water all the way on?

if so, the first thing to do would be to check the screens in the cold water fill hose and the screen in the cold side of the water valve on the back of the machine. if that is not the problem then replace the water valve.

(turn the water off before taking the hose loose)

Cold water just dribbles into GE washing machine

Unhook the cold water hose from the back of the washer. Look inside the water valve for a clogged filter screen and clean it. It the screen is not clogged, replace the water valve.

Hot water in washer comes out fine. Cold water is very slow coming out. It dribbles and takes forever to fill.

Clean inlet screen where hose attaches to machine. Water from water heater is generally "cleaner" as sediments have had a chance to settle out in the water heater. Cold water carries more stuff directly to the valve screen. Check also for kinked hose.

Fisher and Paykel MW051 washing machine.

If you can stop it with your thumb there is NO DOUBT it is water pressure.. Pull the hose and check the tap direct, that will tell you if you have a plumbing problem of just a funky hose...
Good luck

Problem with Hoover 200M

Hi All
The solution is a faulty solenoid valve, either the hot or cold valve depending what temperature you are using.
Replacing the valve is easy turnoff machine unscrew hose, remove 3 srcews to lift control cover, slide out locking tab, unclip wires the replace valve which cost about 30-$40
