Leak in front

see this steps and fix it. God bless you

Drain Pump

If the washer is leaking water the drain pump might have a hole or crack. Or, the bearings might be worn out. Replace the drain pump if it is leaking water, they're not repairable.

Tub Seal

If the washer is leaking water the tub seal might have a tear or rip and is letting water leak past. The tub seal can be replaced. When the tub seal fails water gets into the tub bearings and usually causes the bearings to go bad also. It is a good idea to replace the tub bearings with the new tub seal.

Tub to Pump Hose

If the washer is leaking water the hose from the tub to the pump might be split or torn. Don't try to cut off the bad piece of hose and stretch it to fit the pump, this will put strain on the remainder of the hose and may cause a sudden and complete failure of the hose which will dump potentially hundreds or thousands of gallons of water onto the floor because the next time the washer tries to fill all of the water will end up on the floor and so the washer will never shut off the valve. Any time there is a damaged hose, replace it completely with the OEM part.

Washing Machine Fill Hose

If the washer is leaking water, check the fill hoses on the back of the washer, this is the most common place for water to leak. If the washer still has the original black rubber fill hoses replace them with stainless steel or some other, more durable hose.

Drain Hose

If the washer is leaking water check the drain hose. The most common places for the hose to spring a leak is from the connection to the pump out to the back of the washer. Another common occurrence is when the washer gets pushed too far back against the wall.

1990 couger has a few problems at the moment im tring.to.get fixed the importain one at the moment is a water leak from the passanger side of the water pump at least thats where it looks like it comming...

If the pump leaks when it is running it indicates a failed water pump seal. Ther is a drain hole in the housing that allows water to run out before it damages the bearing. Check for corrosion holes in the pump body under the impellor. It is not good policy to buy cheap after market pumps as they have an inferior casting that needs a lot of anti corrosion additive in the water to last .

2001 2500 silverado 6.0 where is the weep hole?

It is the water pump, i would buy a new thermostat also, you can buy a water pump that comes with a new stat and housing, that is the best way i think and that is the way i do them.

These water pumps are big looking but are very easy to replace, i will tell you that when they leak it is very, very hard to see the weep hole, the area you say yours is leaking is the pump so sure, this waterpumps leak at the mating gasket where the pump meets the block or weep hole, any way it is the waterpump.

you will see the new one , how they put the weep hole it flows through the housing to leak out when bad but hard to see.

hope this is helpful.

I dont know if the water **** is bad or if there are busted hoses, but I see water squirting out of a little L shaped hose and water runs out at the bottom. If I buy a new water pump what hoses do I buy as...

Water pumps usually have a weep hole on the bottom of the snout. This is put there so when the seals go bad you will know from the water leaking out. Try to look for that weep hole and see if coolant is coming from there before spending money on a pump. If the pump does not look as if it has been leaking then maybe its just the hose.
Not knowing what Pontiac car (or Truck) you are working on and what hose specificly. When asking for the hose at the store just tell them where it goes to. Water pump bypass, water pump to intake, water pump to heater core, etc..

I have a Kitchenaid washer model # KAWS750L, leaking at bottom

The most common leak in a KitchenAid washer is from the water pump. The easiest way to see is slightly tilt it up with a small load. If there are many clothes and water in the tub it will be to heavy. Get a light, and tilt the washer up a few inches. Prop it up with something even. Now, lay on the floor and as the washer is running watch for the water leak. The pump is at the front of the washer, directly in the middle. so it's only about 1-2 inches behind the front of the cabinet. I would be very surprised if it was anything but the pump.

The pump you will need is one of two. I've looked up your model number. After the KAWS750L there is either a Q or a T followed by a number. That letter and number make the difference. This pump can be bought for as low as $40 up to $70. It depends on the pump, and where you buy it from :)

My model GWL11 washer is leaking from the drain pump. The drain pump part number is 420325P. Is it possibe to buy a replacement seal instead of the entire $76.00 pump? The seal has the number 3C026 along...

Yes!!! The solution for your gasket is called Silicone. Fisher & Paykel builds job security for their parts department into every washer. The drain leaks and makes the $1.50 fuse on the board pop and then they sell you a board for $189 OR the grommet where that water mixes get old and leaks, the problem with that is they located the thing in the SEALED compartment for the electronics! Water & ELectronics? I think NOT! Silocone is the answer here as well. Just take the 2 screws out of the back and lift the control panel out and put clear silicone around the grommet and the sensor wire.
As for the water pump IF you caught it in time, take the thing apart and use silicone LUBRICANT (WD-40) to oil it and then use silicone on your gasket to make the seal airtight. If not, it will corrode, squeel and then pop the little 'bell fuse' on the board.
It's a great washer as far as ringing out the clothes as they are almost dry when the thing finishes spinning but I don't care for their concept of washing in hot or warm water. The thing just spritzes them in hot water for a bit and then fills up with cold water and washes.
Hope this helps!

Water leaking out the bottom. not from hoses

Depending on the age of this machine, and if it is a GE product, it could be leaking from the pump. If it has a 4 port pump there is a small hole for venting in the pump and once the seal inside deteriorates it will leak. You can't buy the seal on its own you must replace the pump. The part number is WH23X42.
