Question about Dyson DC35 Handheld Vacuum
Light on says yes fully charged, however when press button to vacuum no power. please help
Could be a jam/blockage in the Power Head. To check, remove the Power Head and extension tube and try again. If the cleaner runs normally without the Power Head attached, then the problem is obviously in the Power Head. First step - remove the brush from the Power Head and check for jam/blockage. The rectangular hole directly behind the brush (through which the dust passes on it's way up the extension tube to the top of the cleaner) is relatively small and clogs easily (especially if you have a pet!), so you need to make sure that it is clear. If the cleaner doesn't run with the Power Head removed, then it is probably a problem with the main motor and would need more expert investigation!
