Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

How to change pasword the lingskys router

I never heard for LingSkys router. I will explain for LinkSys router. It must be something similar.
In your browser type http://192.168.1.1
It is default IP address for lot of routers (it can be changed too).
When login screen comes, default is only password word: 'admin' (name is blank).
You can always reset router with 10 second of pressing reset button to this default option.
You can going to Administration where you can find password input. You must Save configuration too.
Lot of router has easy default password like 0000, 1234, admin...
It must be something similar for your router. Is it right name for router? I can't find this name in Google...

Not sure of my WEP key on my BEFSR41 linksys router

The only way to see your WEP key is to remote into the router. Open a browser window, enter 192.168.1.1 in the address line and hit enter. When asked to login the default login is:

UserID: admin
Password: (nothing - as in do not enter anything)

IF this has not been changed and you get in, click on the wireless tab and you should find your wireless key there.

Good luck
