1st. Is this vehicle ABLE TO HANDLE what your towing ! 2nd. make sure tires are up to specs in both air & amount of Plys in sidewalls(need more than a 2ply , if boat is heavy..) make sure your rear end of vehicle is not Sagging to the GROUND. ( SPRINGS !Air shocks help alot !) If all is good , Try Moving load a little (INCHS) forward or Back in Trailer . after all this you should be fine, good luck. My Olde '78 Electra Still is the Best Boat Puller I EVER SEEN(403, turbo 400, 3.25 locker, rear Cargo Coils , rear Sway bar, & Air shocks) Steve , 62yr. old Life long Wrench.... Good Luck.. ..& Don't Forget Extra cooling for both Engine & Trans... .
