Have a 2000 GMC Yukon Denali. Won't fire.

Make sure that the belt isn't extremely tight and they the belt tensioner isn't liked up by pulling in the belt. It should move and spring right back. Make sure engine isn't locked up. And please explain what happen with the vehicle. The fact that you replace plugs and wires and fuel filter for a car that's not turning is throwing me off. So right now we are going all over the place. But definite look at belt and tensioner I've seen a few times that a bad tensioner will make the belt wrap around tighter inhibiting the engine from turning.

My ads 2200w amp will not turn on. Running 2x jbl 804d in series, with 1farad pow cap. Had no problems until 3 days ago, just noticed I had lost bass.head unit is Sony med-r1 DVD multi disc.

Grab a multimeter, unhook the speaker wires, and turn the system on and check the voltage of your power wires at the amp. Also, make sure you have a good ground (meaning it isn't loose at all, free of paint, you shouldn't be able to move the bolt with your hand using medium heavy force.)
Also check the ohm load your presenting to the amp on the speakers as a pair not individually.
Post back.

My 2000w TNT amp blows fuses as sooooon as I put a fuse in. What is the problem with the amp. is it internal external? I also checked my wires and they all look good

Sounds like you're grounded out somewhere. I'd check your main power wire again, make sure there isn't any abrasions or cracks in the insulation. I had a Fosgate amp that would blow fuses everytime they were put in. turned out to be one of the screws to mount the amp to my floor board was grounding it out, pulled the screws and has worked fine ever since

My vr3 amp is in power protect mode. its been that way for about 2 weeks and i dont know how to get it out of that mode. what should i do ?

First, check your ground connection-in fact just redo the connection, perhaps "cleaner" metal contact? Check all connections and test the subs and/or mids with a continuity testor to make sure the speakers aren't blown.
Good Luck

Amp doesnt power on no lights or anything

To test if the amp even turns on take the amp and three wires (does not matter what guage) and connect it straight to the battery. Two wires (one for the power and the other one to the remote) and the third wire goes to ground. This will verify that the amp does in fact work. If this test fails then something has happened to the amp. If the test passes and you see that you do have power to the amp with this test then you know that you have a wire issue. Trace out your wires and make sure that you have a good connection throughout the car. This should fix the problem

Did you connect the blue amp turn on lead to the remote input on the amp?

Some headunits have two blue wires. One is for the antenna and the other is for the amp. If you have sound on the radio but not on cd then the wrong blue wire was used. If you can give me som more detail on the wiring I can help you further. You can test to see if the amp remote turn on lead is providing power to the amp with a meter or a light probe. If you are in fact getting power to the remote terminal and to the main power terminal then check the fuse(s) and make sure the drounding terminal is secured well. If you drilled a screw into the body for the ground then you need to scrape the paint from the body where the ground lug is connected. Also could be a relay inside the amp.

Let me know if any of this helps and what you find and I will be glad to assist you further.

Input/output cables

holy confusing....might want to restate that question...ther is no power per se on the output/input....I suppose signal is DC voltage but I don't think thats what you meant. Remote wire has minimal power it is designed to turn the amp on and off with the ignition...check the main power cables red and black usually. Be can scare ya Good luck...

switch off the amp then take off all the wires off including the speaker wire and then reconnect the wires on like before the problem is that the amp is on protection and if that dont work then get it repaired another thing is make sure ur amp fuses havent blown.
