The battery or the charger may be defective. Because it is so new I would advise you to either return it to the place of purchase or contact the manufacturer. If a defect surfaces within the first 30 days the manufacturer may require you to contact the seller first for any issues.

My son just got his prontotec axius tablet for Christmas and dropped it. Now the screen image is messed up. How do I get help fixing this?

You will need to look through the paperwork and find out who to contact for service. The LCD may be damaged and if so, it will need to be replaced by a qualified technician. Unfortunately, this type of damage probably won't be covered under the device's standard warranty however some extended or third-party warranties do cover accidental damage when purchased with the device. These are sold by Amazon and if it was purchased through them they can tell you how to obtain assistance. It looks like these devices are sold almost exclusively through distributors and I was unable to find any direct manufacturer's contact information. Your first effort should be to contact the distributor that sold it.

Return my ematic tablet it completely blacked out i demand a number to contact someone in person I have tried 10times now.

You do understand that you are not on the ematic site, correct?? So demanding here will do nothing.
First, if the unit is defective and you rcently purchased it, take it back to where you bought it and return it.
You also can fill in this form on the ematic site Support Android Tablets at an Economical Value Ematic and hopefully they will contact you to deal with the issue. Their email address is and the support phone number is 1-888-968-1985 M-F, 9-5 Pacific time.
The last resort is that if you paid for the device with a credit card, call the card company and dispute the charge. You can explain that it is defective and they will not assist you with a repair or replacement.

If my nook doesn't turn on after fully charging it, does this mean I need a new battery?

If you are within 1 year of purchase, you should contact 800-the-book with your serial number or registered email (for the B&N account associated with the device) and arrange replacement of the unit. They very easy about returns, although you may need to settle for an alternate color to expedite replacement.

If you are and can verify that you are the riginal purchaser, you should contact by email the manufacturer. You will need to provide thm with the Serial # and probably the Model #.
If you bought it used, you will need to obtain this info from the original purchaser. The manufacturer will not give you the pin numbers without verification that you were the purchaser due to security issues which protect stored information. Good luck.
