Here's a link to the Medor website. Go to the top of the page and click on "customer service". They should be able to help you. Have a nice day.

How do you remove back from bulvia watch

Some have a pop off case, find the "lip" on the case back and put a small screw driver or anything else metal that will fit under it and pry it off that way. Others have a screw on case back and will have 6
square slots around the outer edge, you will need a wrench for this that you can find on ebay

How do I open the back of the watch to replace the battery & what type battery does it take? Thanks Ian Lawes

Usually the back of a watch is sealed with simple screws. Just unscrew them with a jeweler's screw driver and it will open the battery compartment of the watch.

The battery depends on what type of watch you are using. The most common batteries for watches are about less than 3/8 of an inch.

Battery replacement

Hello,

do you mean you want to replace the battery for your watch?

This isn't a difficult task to carry out. Simply get a small flat screw driver, use the screw driver to open the back cover of the watch, then you will see the battery of your watch. Remove the battery and replace with a new batter, cover back the watch and that's all.

Note that you will apply force with the screw driver when you are trying to open the back cover of the watch.

Good luck.

One of the screws that connects the band to the body of the watch fell out. Is there any way to replace screw without sending it in to Nike? What size screw would I need if I went to the hardware store?

It is unlikely that any hardware store will have the size of screw that you need, since watch screws tend to be much smaller than are generally available.

The best place to go is a watch shop. They should be able to get it replaced for you.

Band replacement

Skagen watches have a fairly unique band. If you have a leather band you can find a replacement from most after market band suppliers like Speidel. For the mesh steel the only after market I know of is from Bariloche. Bariloche. I am still not aware of any titanium mesh suppliers but you can always contact Skagen for replacement bands. They are very good at keeping replacement parts for their watches for several years.

http://www.skagen.com/service/orderWatchBandParts.fx

Once you have the band you will need to use a small screw driver to depress and release the spring bar that secures the band to the watch. Place a screw driver in between the ridge of the spring bar and the lug of the watch case and gently move inwards. Remember that the end of the spring bar is spring loaded so it may fly out if you move the end away from the watch.

Thanks!
