Question about HP Pavilion 23tm 23-inch Diagonal Touch Monitor
I just bought the monitor and I can't get the touch screen to work. I can use the mouse just fine and can type and use the monitor normally otherwise. any ideas on how to correct?
At first it happened to me. Found a forum where there was a suggestion: "Unplug the HDMI and connect the USB"... for some users it worked that way. With me only works having HDMI and USB connected at the same time.
Connecting only the USB cable, the monitor keeps showing "Check video cable" (or something like that).

Touch screens need drivers just like your mouse does. HP will have it. Whether it works with your computer is another question.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
