I am a Rotarian, How do I cancel my previous e-mail address and register my new email address with Rotary International ?

Hi
I would contact my email provider ( the old one) and cancel your subcription. Then I would contact your Rotary club via their website and ask them to put your new e mail address in the register.
all the best

Change user name on gmail account

You can't "change" it. Setup the new account to make sure the name is available, then change your email on ALL your online accounts to the new account. Keep the old one until you're sure you have changed all accounts then, if you no longer want the old email, cancel it.
