I think turning the face recognition off will fix this.

SOURCE: Canon Powershot SLR takes fuzzy photos

Try using the 'Sport' mode. I use this quite frequently when taking pictures in low light situations where either I want the natural light "dusk" or the flash won't reach (such as zoomed in past 15 ft). The shutter speed is set faster for fast movement, but also compensates for the low light.

If you're not able to view any images while trying to capture the images. Then it seems that there is an issue with the CCD of the Camera. If you purchased the Camera from the U.S.
Pleasetry to open the link provided below to know more details of the CCD issue.

SOURCE: Photos taken inside are fuzzy

i think the exposure settings have changed and set to hi if you can get the exposure setting to normal [+/-] to 0 or the shutter has been set to low or the iso has been set to low

but if u are skeptic about going to settings and changing those all important combinations then safest way is to restoring to factory defaults and from there u can keep experimenting again

if there is anything else that you would like to know u can mail me at mail2pvs@gmail.com

happy clicking

Need to down load my pictures from my camera to my computor and can not remember how I logged on to the Wizard

Yo, you dont need to go into any software to get the pictures from the camera. after you've connected the camera to the pc via the USB port, then go to My computer and select the camera's memory card. from there, there should be a folder called DCIM or something like that and in there there will be your photos. and finally just highlight all of the photos and move them to wherever you'd want them to be. This'll work.

Menu button not working

Delete the photos from your computer. Most camera software has the option of copying or moving the pictures to your computer. Moving them will free up the space on your flash card. Sometimes the software will let you delete the photos directly. If this does not work, then take the card out and find a friend with a card reader in their computer. They should be able to help you open the file on the card with the photos (often named DCIM). Then you can delete the photos just like you would delete a file. If you can find a friend with a card reader, take the card to a photo printer and beg a favor.

Problem moving photos from my Casio digital to PC

Make sure you've formatted the new memory card in the camera. You can find the format function when the camera is in Set Up mode.
If that doesn't work, I suspect the camera only supports cards with a maximum size of 2GB. A camera of this age is likely to only support the FAT16 file system which has a 2GB limit. You may be able to format the 8GB card, but the camera might only "see" 2GB of it.
