Question about Apple iPod Nano Chromatic 4th Generation MP3 Player
Its blue with an 8 GB storage and its got his music on it i need to get rid of his music and download my music but i cant because hes not around anymore his ITunes account is still on it and i need to know how to get rid of it step by step if you could. Thanks much Appreciated!!
1. plug in the ipod and itunes will pop up and say that the ipod is registered to a different user.
2. the only option that you can and need to click it the restore ipod to factory settings.
3. do this(might take awhile to restore) and then it will be back to how it was when it was first purchased.
4. you can now register it to your name and use it as yours!

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
